RULES:

This is where the rules will be posted.  Please read all the rules carefully and if you agree to them please leave a comment.

Restrictions:

Please note that this is a PG-15 site.  I must stress the importance of this.  This does not mean you need to be 15 or older to join but yes there will be a restriction to the age.  Please keep all postings, player biographies, player and character icons, and names in keeping with this guideline. The only exception is on character sites and group profiles themselves -- if you wish to exceed this rating, you must accurately reflect the manner of the excess by checking the warning boxes for violence, sexuality or language.

Advertising:

I ask of you please do not post any advertisements or links to the other site without the site owners premission.  If you want permission please inbox the site owner and he/she will guide you through the rest.

Being nice costs nothing:

You may not harass other players, sexually or otherwise. Disagreements must be conducted in a civil fashion.

Harassment is not just about sending nasty messages directly to other users. It can include creating character or group profiles in order to publish defaming information, accusations or personal information you do not have permission to share, or encouraging other users to contact someone on your behalf after they have blocked you.

If someone is giving you trouble, please don't shout back, however tempting. Instead, contact a moderator. We're here to help!

Can't be at all the places at once:

Our moderators can not be online all the time.  If anyone asks you for any passwords. or makes you uncomfortable please let us know so that we can handle the situation at hand.  However if you make a report and it turns out not to be true, depending on the severity, you may get a warning or even get banned from the chat/site.

Save the pretending to be other people for your characters.

You may not impersonate any of the VARP admins or pretend to be a admin.

You may not log on another player's account, nor may you attempt to gain the account information of other players or distribute their passwords to other players. Even if you are given the password or learn of it by any given means, you may still not log into an account that is not yours.

One account per person:

Yes I know this is a stupid rule, but it is necassary.  If you wish to have more than one account you must speak to the site owner. 

Privacy

We will never sell or distribute your email address without your consent. However, by using the site, you agree to receive occasional communications from us regarding our service, or notifying you of things happening with your characters that you have asked to be notified of, such as new friend requests

Getting a role:

You need to speak to an Admin to get a role on this site.  You will be put on a trial date untill your profile is done and so forth.  Y

Other rules:

*Please try not to interupt continued posts.

*Continued post should be marks with a >>

* If you are chatting in main out of your character that means OCC chat please put // in front of you post.

*please try to be on the site atleast once every 7 days.  If you are going away please place a comment at the abscent group for the period of time you would be going away.

*If you are not online for 8 consecutive days without explanation, your role will be reset.

*Any decision made by an Admin will be final, you get three warnings by your admin if you do not correct what you do wrong there will be no final warning and you will be banned from the site for life.

These rules are subject to be changed at any time and interpreted differently based on what an admin deems necessary of the site
